DECEMBER MEETING

SUNDAY 2 DECEMBER

This year, our annual Christmas lunch will be preceded by an AERIAL POKER flying competition.

There will be a briefing for pilots and passengers participating in the competition at 10:00.

The route to be flown (weather permitting) will be Aldinga – Hunt Field – Strathalbyn – Goolwa – Aldinga.  Each person in the aircraft will collect one card at Aldinga prior to departure, one card at each landing point, and a final card on return to Aldinga.  The person with the best poker hand will win a bottle of Aero Club wine.

Lunch will be served at about 12:00 and is free for club members.  A small charge will apply to non-members and guests.

 SUNDAY 6 JANUARY

We will start the year with a social day when members are encouraged to bring friends along to enjoy the conviviality of the club and perhaps a scenic flight over the local area.

 SUNDAY 3 FEBRUARY

We will fly in to Kangaroo Island for a barbecue lunch at either American River South or Antechamber Bay.
