Charity Day

The purpose of the day's activities is to allow children who may be experiencing some life or health issues a chance to experience the enjoyment of flying in a light aircraft.
Children, parents and siblings from a children's charity will be taken for approximately 20 minutes on a flight around Aldinga and its surrounds, by pilots from the Aldinga Aero Club in their own aircraft. A free BBQ lunch follows for all involved.
As well as pilots and aircraft, we will need volunteers to help with organising passengers and pilots, escorting passengers to and from aircraft, food preparation and serving and various other tasks. Our guests this year will be Heart Kids, who were also our guests in 2020.
